Devourer's Hunger (counterpart of the Bastion Power) Every damage dealt by the owner has a 25% chance to enable the Devourer's Hunger buff, which increases damage by 5% for 10 seconds. Can work once every 40 seconds. The buff is increased by 2% for every group member with the Devourer Mystic Shell located within the 40 meters. Uses 1 Energy Charge.
