Hesap aktarım problemi

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Benim sorunum şöyle; Asıl kullandığım hesabımı sitedeki rehbere göre taşıdım ve onaylandı. Ertesi gün girmeye çalıştığımda şifre yanlış hatası aldım. Daha sonra asıl hesabını taşıdığım e-mail ile my.com da başka bir hesap açtım. Şifreyi sıfırladığım zaman asıl hesabımın değil diğer hesabımın şifresi sıfırlanıyor. 2 gündür sorunumu çözebilmiş değilim, destek sistemide açık değil. Yardım edebilecek bir yetkili yada arkadaş var mıdır? Şimdiden teşekkürler
