Didnt receive my ingame currency when used paypal

I had recently (last week) spent 100 dollars through steam for crystals, and i've made multiple tickets noone really saying anything, so i give them more info when they requested and this last time the ticket got delteted entirely? all i want is my crystals

cuz in my case was i top upped 2 times with paypal directly after each other and only got my crystals once and so i send them the ids as they asked and got this the next day

so cant complain at all about support to be honest^^

Yeah i've sent them all the information uniq ids trans ids everything and i never even got my first transaction for the crystals but hopefully they'll fix it i believe (: its been a week is what is frustrating

Having the same problem, topped up twice and no crystals - others in my guild are reporting the same issues.

My wife and I both used my debit card, I used it in-game and she used it through the website. Both of us have submitted tickets for this and have received no response to them.
