Question: Hallmark and Seal of Righteousness

I am new to the new paladin (new to me anyhow).
I am wondering why anyone would use Seal of Righteousness when Hallmark is always going to be a stronger hit?
I assume there's a reason, lest I've been lead to falsely believe that people do, indeed, use Seal of Righteousness.

hallmark comsume canon of both types
Seal of Righteousness consume only 1 type

basically the answer is because you wont have enough canons for it i guess
however i do not know paladin class in full depth
maybe there is another reason :P

IMostly depend of the build you use.
In build Tank Hallmark is use and seal of Righteous not, because, due a ruby, hallmark give a little bit shield.
In DPs there are 2 build one Holy one Physic.
Most of Paladin use holy, and it's focused on Incinerator skill and AOE damage, seal of Righteous need only for stack up more faster the final strike, that need for maximize the damage of incinerator, and take only one cannon not 2 like Seal.
The Physical build use not hallmark but chained that is linked with hallmark. Physic build is most for PVP, and Holy for PVE.
In single target Physic do more damage than holy, but in multi target no.
I hope is clear. But in next patch Pala change again will see.
