Possible open network security breach

So when a player stands there, and u send a trade request, it does what it is supposed to do.

Now when I sent a trade request to player R(eceiver), player S(ender) was getting lagged til player R got "logged out".
This is showing me that others can get into a lagg loop depending on another player by disconnecting at a certain moment when player S sends an interaction to player R.

He managed to reconnect after few min, I send a trade request again, got lagg again for 2mins, and on the moment "player R has logged out" appeared, I was lagg free.
This is no coinsidence. I wanted this to be a known problem here.
