Can't Log In on website

Hello, I wrote from the other account.
I can't log in to the website. I see only info: "Internal service error, Please contact our support team.".
I can't top up my acc... and I can only start game by my.com luncher.

BTW someone knows why Support does not answer my tickets. Already waiting 2 weeks.
