Any Support in this game?!?

I submitted a ticket over three weeks ago, followed up a second time over a week ago and I've yet to receive any help whatsoever. I played awhile back when this was ran by Gpotato and am trying to recovery/transfer my old account. At this point I'm going to guess it may not be worth it if cusotmer support is non-existent. :cursing:

PS : To change your forum username, go there : http://en.allods.com/user and click on "Edit" tab
You'll need to log off an on again on the forum in order to see the change.
