yuuup you've done it again... gz on the "fix". Getting spikes every 10s everywhere except AoD (cuz why not, f**k logic). On top of that before every teleport, game stops for few sec. hope you fix this soon...

P.S. forgot to mention, reinstall the whole game didnt help...

In my guild at least 10 people from different countries have very similar problems. It appears as random freeze of the game lasting half seond up to 5 seconds, appearing every 5-20 seconds. For example, i have freeze of 0.5 seconds every 5 seconds or so, regardless of playing area. It is the same in Novograd, AOD, any skirmish area or astral allod. I also have changes in lag, with that performance button going red every 2-3 seconds, again, regardless of area. It all started after latest maintenance. All my guildmates who reinstalled whole game reported that it didnt help at all. Again, we are from different countries, so you cant blame this on local internet connections. Similar problems already existed in allods, and i hope technical stuff will not wait few weeks to fix it like they did last time.

Atm I don't have any lags except for KoE where I get lag spikes every 10-15 seconds. Also I noticed loading times r longer now, and the picture kinda freezes for a few sec at 25%. This wasn't happening before the last maintenance.

Just to add to previous comments: together with screen freeze every 5-6 seconds this also happens: every time i teleport somewhere, game freezes totally for 5-6 seconds, and only then LOADING starting (like 5-6 seconds break, then loading screen appears and loading starts from 0% ).

Please, add you ISP/Country to your request.

You can also send a traceroute with your request.
Here's a tutorial on how to obtain this traceroute :

Is it lag or freezing ?
Can you move the camera, or your character, or launch a skill (but nothing happens) or you can't move at all, the image is freezed ?

Hello,

In order to eliminate every other parameters than the client and the connection, please verify a few things :

- uncheck the "seeding" option in your launcher settings

- delete all temporary files (blue button on the launcher settings)
- delete all installation files

- disable every addons if you have some
- delete the "mods.txt" files in your folder C:\MyGames\Allods Online\Personal\Logs
- move your files user.cfg and user.cfg.bak to another folder (on your desktop for example). You'll find them here C:\MyGames\Allods Online\Personal

So you'll have a relatively clean client, and it may help the support team to find the issue.

This isn't a network/ISP latency issue. The application freezes/pauses/skips, seemingly whenever it starts trying to read data from disk.

For me Game works fine, without any lag. Just porting takes a bit longer.
In the past i changed a file (cant remember which one) and set a "1" in a "0" for no sound at all. Before i canged that i dc´ed a lot, after that dc-ing is only about once per 1-3 days.
Maybe sound is the problem?

but it does not fix the issue with client hanging etc for me

The whole image/screen is freezed for seconds, and in a very short amount of time between each freez.

Its the 3rd day since mainteinance ,and i did all possibile things i could .I expect some help from the support since i still can't play normally yet .It's the 3rd day that the game its frustrating to play,no fun at all ,and seems no one bothers to fix this thing already .Incredibile bad service ,bad comunication ,neglijence against your players and i really wish this WON'T be put on steam ,ever ,because ,if its that way ,its not worth -just a humble oppinion from an irritated player ! :thumbdown:

payment is open, but still doesn`t work , no statement about

The thing I find funny is that most mobile games (among others) would be offering premium currency to players as compensation for the troubles. They have the mechanisms in place to do this, they could mail X premium crystals to the "main character" of an account. Yet, they've never done this and likely never will. Instead we get to pay for the privilege of non-functional payment systems and unstable game play.

LOL @ people who try to solve this on a per-user basis. This is a global (both servers) problem. It requires an action from the operators, namely emergency maintenance.
