Login issues

So..... I did the merge from Gpot, everything is fine!
Except, every time I try logging in....
It always says, "Login unavailable, contact technical support"
Everything is fine! Email is perfect, password is correct. But this is what happens, all the time, unless I keep the window open for about 10+ minutes? I haven't actually timed it yet, usually I dilly dally on this forum, or the site.
Why can't it just keep me logged in? Like a saved login? Why must I always have to input my information, just for it to say "Hah! Denied!"?
I hope this isn't just a me issue.... Hope everyone suffers as much as I do!
As internet, router, modem, air temperature, wind speed, and everything else is fine!

Hello,

How do you login ? Within the MyGames launcher or the old Allods launcher ? Is your Allods client up to date ?

Do you login on the website and forum with your account's email and password you asked your characters transfer from gPotato ?

Did you login to my.com website with a facebook or a twitter account before asking for your account transfer ? Is your my.com account a FB or Twitter linked account ? You need to login the exact same way on the Allods website and the MyGames launcher.

Do you use the same email you can find on this page : http://allods.my.com/en/user ?
If you go to this page, do you see your ticket (about your account transfer) : http://support.my.com/games/tickets/ ?

What happen if you try to login here with your email and password : https://my.com/gb/ (login on the top right of the page).

Can you try to change your password, and try to login again in the MyGames launcher ?

Is your computer date/time/year accurate ?

What I would do is :
- restart my computer and try again
- something totally different, have a break, go outside or to bed, watch a movie or whatever, think about something else, and try again in a few hours.

Ohhh. Ok I did not understand that sorry :).

Did you uncheck the box "continue seeding [...]" in the MyGames launcher's settings ?

Did you uncheck the box "continue seeding [...]" in the MyGames launcher's settings ?

I don't get the option for "Continue seeding" Only options it shows it to limit seeding and downloading.

I'll give it a shot. But I believe that's how I usually launch. I have a shortcut of the allods launcher on my desktop.
Like I said.... It's like it has to verify my credentials or something. It just takes a little while. Like, a bootup time.
Kind of anooying when I just want to play! ?(
